How to Order
1. Browse for the products you need.
Use our navigation boxes so that from the home page you can directly find the product or product options that you might be interested in.
2. Add to basket/shopping cart all those products which you wish to buy and then proceed to checkout.
3. Please confirm that the quantity ordered, product codes etc. are accurate before proceeding with the buying process. Also please check our terms and conditions at this stage if required.
4. Enter your name, address and other contact details accurately. Note that the those details with a * MUST be filled accurately for the transaction to be completed. If your delivery address is different then please enter in the space provided.
5. Choose your payment method and enter your card details.

We have chosen Barclay Card as our payment processing partner. This is because we trust Barclays Bank and are confident that they have sufficient security measures in place to prevent fraud.
Note: You may be required to obtain a pin for visa and master card holders which is a measure adopted for your own added security. If you have any further questions in this regard please, contact us.
6. Once your card details have been processed by Barclaycard, you will be able to view an onscreen confirmation that your order process is completed. Additionally you will also receive an email invoice confirming your order. You will receive a reference number to track your parcel in a separate second email from DHL.
